Royal Caribbean casinos
Casino Royale is on every Royal Caribbean ship, and its Club Royale program is one of the best-known casino rewards programs at sea. Here's how it works.
Terms with a dotted underline are explained when you tap or select them.
On the casino floor
Royal Caribbean says its fleet has more than 6,000 slot machines, with a full table-game lineup and tournaments on almost every sailing. The biggest casinos are on the Oasis and Icon class ships.
Tournaments
Slot, blackjack and Texas Hold'em tournaments run on most sailings, alongside Club Royale raffles and hot-seat draws (Random prize draws for whoever happens to be playing a chosen machine at that moment.).
Poker
Most ships offer dealer-run Texas Hold'em tables. Royal Caribbean doesn't publish a fleet list of dedicated poker rooms.
New in 2026
Royal Caribbean is testing digital scratch-off tickets in its app on Utopia of the Seas. Tickets don't earn casino points. Trial
Club Royale
Club Royale tracks play on your SeaPass card. Your tier is set by tier credits (Points that count toward your Club Royale tier during the casino year, which runs April 1 to March 31.) earned during the casino year, which runs April 1 to March 31. FreePlay (Promotional casino credit for the machines. The credit itself can't be cashed out, but what you win with it can.) doesn't earn tier credits.
How you earn
- Slots: 1 point per $5 played
- Video poker: 1 point per $15 played (slowed from $10 on April 1, 2026)
- Table games: based on game, average bet and time played
| Tier | Tier points | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Choice | 1–2,499 | Entry tier. Earn toward casino offers on every sailing. |
| Prime | 2,500–24,999 | Free drinks in the casino, no convenience fee (A charge some lines add when you move money from your cabin account into casino play.) for charging play to SeaPass, an annual cruise in an interior stateroom. |
| Signature | 25,000–99,999 | Annual balcony cruise, Wi-Fi for one device, jewelry boutique credit. New for 2026–27: casino onboard credit (Money added to your cruise account to spend on board, for example on drinks, dining or the spa. It usually can't be withdrawn as cash.) of $25–$75 per cruise depending on length. |
| Masters | 100,000+ | Annual cruise in up to a Grand Suite, welcome lunch, Coastal Kitchen access, onboard credit each cruise. |
Higher tiers include the benefits below them. Since April 2026, the annual cruise is picked from a list of sailings Royal Caribbean chooses. Benefits change often, so check the current Club Royale terms before you book.
