China Shores
On cruise ships
No dated cruise report yet
How it plays. On the original, stacked positions on each reel all turn into the same symbol (lanterns, vases or card symbols). That lets one spin cover several lines with one symbol; Konami calls this Action Stacked Symbols. More on how it plays

How China Shores plays
How it plays
The panda is a wild on reels 2 to 5 that spins when it helps complete a win. Three, four or five Yin Yang scatters award 8, 10 or 15 free games with all wins doubled, and the free games can retrigger, which is where the long runs come from. Some versions offer Balance of Fortune, which lets you take a random credit award instead of playing the free games. Boosted Great Stacks moves to a tall 6x5 grid with a two-symbols-in-one center reel, and lets you choose between credits, 2x free games, or super free games with random multipliers.

- Action Stacked Symbols that fill reels with one symbol

Tips from players and reviewers
- Retriggers can make the free games run long. Balance of Fortune, where offered, swaps that upside for a sure but smaller amount, so take it only if you prefer certainty.
- Raising your bet scales the pays but doesn't change how often features hit (review).
Tips can't change the odds of any spin. They help you pick a bet level and a machine.
Industry standing and land-casino jackpots
It is a long-running Konami staple. Konami says China Shores brand extensions have been on floors for more than a decade, and Caesars called it a land-casino classic when it brought the game online in 2023.
